Workometry has been developed by OrganizationView, one of the pioneering European People Analytics firms.
When conducting advanced predictive modelling projects with clients we realised that what limited further improvement was not better algorithms, but better data. We could identify what was likely to happen and when it would happen but existing data sources weren't able to identify why it was happening.
As data scientists with considerable experience of working with executive teams we realised that qualitative data was most effective at creating an urgency of change, but for our large, global client base understanding and identifying patterns with text-based information was difficult to scale.
Workometry was developed to solve this problem. We're taken the methodology used by the best qualitative researchers and replicated it using machine learning.
